Why did the Maya empire become so powerful? - Sep 26, 2022
Today we were looking at how the Maya empire became so powerful. Tasked with six statements, we worked in groups to pick the four we believed to be most important and created a diamond showing the statements in a hierarchical order. During the activity we were given information alerts to see if our original order changed. During the course of the lesson we found how each had group had their own order, due to their opinions and how they had interpreted the information given.
