Year 6 Farewell Fest - Jul 23, 2021
To celebrate the Year 6 children coming to the end of their time at St Augustine’s, along with a turbulent 18 months, they were treated with a ‘Farewell Fest’. With only VIP entry to the festival, the children had this special event all to themselves. There were so many things to see and do including a giant inflatable slide, surf simulator, silent disco, self-station and chill-out zone. There was also food galore: hot-dogs, pizza, sweets, doughnuts and even a mocktail station. It was safe to say they all had an amazing time, and they thoroughly deserved it. Ending the festival, all children were presented with their leavers t-shirt, three children were also presented with awards for ‘The Light of Jesus’, ‘Sportsmanship’ and ‘Father Ciaran Creativity.’
