Children’s Mental Health Week - Feb 11, 2022
Today ended our week celebrating ‘Children’s Mental Health Week’ and to do so we came to school ‘dressed to express’. Over the week we have been talking and thinking about what mental health is and how it is important to talk about our thoughts and feelings, along with ways we can make ourselves feel better. Today we took part in a range of activities to help our mental health including the daily mile, a ‘hug in a mug’ and some mindful colouring.
