Cyberbullying - Dec 1, 2021
In RHE today, we focused on the aspect of cyberbullying and its impact. We linked the game of Chinese whispers, to sending messages online. Understanding that not having the full context of the statement, such as tone of voice or body language can impact on how it is perceived. On a template, we wrote words inside of the body describing a bully in real life and around the outside what a cyberbully is. We were then given a range of scenarios and words, after listening to the scenario, we had to stand behind the word to describe how it made us feel. Following this, we then talked about what to do if we are being cyberbullied or know someone who is.
