Fitness Circuits - Oct 12, 2020
Throughout this half term, Year 2 have been developing their fitness levels in PE. We have acquired many skills such as hula hooping, sprinting and skipping with ropes. Last week, we participated in a circuit of exercises consisting of sprinting, jumping over hurdles, skipping, hula hooping and hop scotch on a ladder. We spent 2 minutes at each station with 30 seconds rest in-between. We really felt the increase in our heart rates!
