A visit from an Optical Manager and Aerospace Engineering Manager - May 17, 2022
We were very lucky on Friday as Isabelle’s mam and dad volunteered to come into Reception and talk about their jobs.
Isabelle’s mam is an Optical Manager and brought along lots of different equipment that she uses at the opticians.
The children loved trying on the different glasses and lenses and learning about the role of an Optician.
The boys in particular loved listening to Isabelle’s dad and his role as an Engineer. They had lots of questions for Michael and were amazed at how building an engine is like building with Lego – lots of little pieces put together.
We would like to say a BIG thank you to Claire and Michael for giving their time to come and share their jobs with us.
