This half term the children are exploring numbers to 5. They are looking at the numeral, cardinal value, making numbers to 5 with objects, representing numbers to 5, place value within 5, one more and one less than numbers to 5, comparing groups and simple addition and subtraction with numbers 1-5. Here are some pictures of the children completing some maths activities. I must say I have been blown away with their understanding, determination, persistence and enthusiasm to learn.
