Foods from Around the World - Mar 11, 2022
As part of our DT food unit, we tasted various foods from around the world including samosas, spring rolls, rice crackers and garibaldi biscuits. We discussed the origis of the food and gave them a score out of ten. Following this, we were introduced to our task for the coming weeks, to plan, prepare and make a three course meal. Working in pairs, we were given an Italian theme and asked to plan out the ingredients we want to add to three traditional Italian dishes. Keep your eyes out over the next few weeks as we begin our cooking!
