Washington Wetlands Visit - Jun 29, 2022
Today all of Year 1 visited Washington Wetlands Trust, to go on the hunt for minibeasts. We explored the woods to see what we could find. We then went pond dipping and found lots of minibeasts in the pond. After that, we went for a walk around the centre. We saw lots of ducks, swans and geese. We also visited the duckery where we saw some baby geese. We then saw 3 otters and watched the flamingos being fed. We also managed to play in the play park. We all had a fantastic day!!
