Cultural Comparisons - May 17, 2022
In Geography this week, we have compared the cultural characteristics of Mexico to those of the North East. We compare the meanings behind the flags of both countries, the most popular national sports, festivals and holidays (including the Day of the Dead and the Hoppings) as well as food. Therefore, it only seemed right that we tasted some food from both places. To begin with, we had ham and pease pudding stotties then a typical Mexican snack, nachos, salsa and guacamole.
