Making Puppets - May 6, 2021
This week during Design and Technology Year 2 have been designing, sewing and decorating puppets for a baby. First we designed a puppet we would like to give to a baby, then we used wool to sew together two pieces of felt and finally decorated our puppets with felt, feathers and wool. The task required lots of hand eye coordination and fine motor control. Everyone worked so hard and developed lots of new skills. We are all so excited for everyone to see our puppets.
