Welcome Back! - Mar 9, 2021
It was great to all be back together today as our class bubble, seeing each other face to face instead of via a computer screen! It was important to have time to talk to one another and share our experiences during lockdown to understand we all had similar feelings during a strange and difficult time. One of favourite activities of the day was ‘lockdown bingo’ where we were given a bingo grid with various statements linked to lockdown. These included ‘someone who forgot they were on mute’, ‘someone who spent all day in their pyjamas’ and ‘someone who will miss having snacks throughout the day’. We had lots of giggles trying to match the statements with our friends! We then ended our day with a ‘bang’ as we took part in a Mexican wave party popper celebration. It definitely felt good to be back!
