We’ve had great fun this afternoon in Year 5/6. Using a range of beaks (wooden spoons, chopsticks, scissors, straws and bulldog clips), we investigated how much of a certain type of food the beak could collect in 30 seconds. After this, we decided what make the most effective beak. It was incredibly difficult resisting the temptation to eat the food but we managed.
