Local History Week - Apr 28, 2022
This week we have been celebrating local history week with the theme being ‘Hadrian’s Wall.’ This theme is to celebrate the 1900th anniversary of Hadrian’s wall construction.
In Key Stage One, we have enjoyed learning about the Romans with our enquiry question being ‘What was life like as a Roman Soldier?’ We have learned about the types of jobs that the Roman soldiers did and what they used to protect themselves. We made and designed our own shields.
