Leon and the Place Between Published Pages - May 28, 2021
As we have come to the end of our adventure narrative unit in Literacy, we created a new page inspired by our core text ‘Leon and the Place Between.’ To create our page, we picked an aspect of our new piece of writing to publish. Using pastels, we drew images linked with what was found in our new ‘place’, we then used water coloured paints to create our background. Our final step was to write up our extract on tracing paper, including a contrasting font, like those found in the book, and stuck in on top of our background. We were pretty impressed with how they turned out, I’m sure you’d agree.
