Exploring Negative Numbers with Numicon - Sep 22, 2021
We enjoyed using Numicon to help us understand negative numbers. We constructed a -10 to 10 number line using the Numicon pieces. We then explored counting up and down in different sized steps before moving on to completing number sequences. Finally, we explored patterns when counting in steps of different sizes.
