This week in Science we carried out a science investigation to discover which material would make the best raincoat. We talked about fair testing and how we would need to use the same amount of water each time. The materials that we tested were fabric, paper, cardboard, tinfoil and plastic.
After making a prediction, and carrying out the investigation, we concluded that the plastic would be the best material for a raincoat as it was waterproof.
