Osmosis and Diffusion - Oct 12, 2020
As part of our Animals Including Humans unit in Science we created art work representing how water and nutrients are transported within our bodies. Firstly, we discussed nutrients the body needs and why, then moved on to recapping parts and functions of the digestive system. Using gelatine, food colouring and pipettes we watched as the food colouring diffused through the gelatine representing nutrients and water being absorbed by the body.
