Chime Bar Fun! - Nov 9, 2020
We had a fantastic delivery of chime bars to year 1 today! We were so excited that we had to try them out straight away. We looked at how they were made and found the best way to play them. We noticed the letters written on the end of each bar and learned that these all make different notes. Mrs Smith let us choose our favourite song ‘Shotgun’ and we had a go at playing a couple of the notes from it at the right time. We learned to play and pause at the right times and are excited to use them properly in our Music lesson at the end of the week!
