Bread Tasting - May 7, 2021
In school, we have continued our whole school ‘Take One Picture’ project, this week focusing on Design and Technology. For this we looked at the aspect of Food Technology and were tasked with creating a bread suiitable for the Pharoah’s duaghter in the painting ‘The Finding of Moses.’ To start our week off we investigated various types of bread including pitta, rye, bagel and naan. During the lesson we tasted each of the bread and discussed the appearance, texture and taste of each, we then scored each of the breads according to our preference.
