Bread Making - May 7, 2021
Following on from our previous D&T bread tasting lesson, we were then tasked to design our bread for the Pharoah’s daughter. After being given the basic recipe, we had to decide which added ingredients to include in the dough. Once the ingredients had been chosen we then had to think about the appearance of the bread. After completing our design sheet it was then time to make our bread! Working in groups we measured out the ingrdients and made a basic dough, the dough was then shared out and left to prove. Our next step was to then include our added ingredients to the dough and create the shape we had chosen. We are looking forward to see how our final product turns out and of course evaluating it!
