Pupil Reward Points

Pupil Reward Points is a system used to reward positive behaviour in Year 1 to Year 6.  Children demonstrating exemplary behaviour in and around school will be awarded with points.  Pupils will receive points for:

  • An outstanding piece of work
  • A positive contribution to a lesson
  • Making good progress
  • Reaching a personalised target
  • Consideration of others
  • Unprompted politeness
  • Displaying exemplary behaviour
  • Taking ownership of learning


All staff and adults within school can give out points for the above reasons.  Points can be loaded directly onto your child’s account or your child may be given a paper voucher.  If your child is given a voucher they must log into their account at: and register the unique code from their voucher.  Please click on the link below for step-by-step instructions on how do this:


Pupil Rewards Instructions

If you have forgotten your password, tell you child’s teacher who will reset it to something easy to remember.

Children can spend their points in order to receive a range of items including stationary, vouchers and toys.  There will also be a special ‘Golden Event’ at the end of each term that children can save up their points for.  In the past these events have included:

  • A film night
  • Visiting the Flow Rider at Heworth Leisure Centre
  • A ‘Bake Off’ style competition
  • A magician show
  • A trip to a riding stables
  • A dance session
